Back in 2021, Rwanda Standards Board, revamped their website to make it more inclusive by adding more services and simplifying certain processes, as a way to make the Standards Board more advanced.
Because of this, the website needed a way to explain how to navigate it along with it’s new features.
We figured it was important to have a mascot, an average career man in his office trying to navigate the new website, and tell the story through his perspective.
Through his eyes, we would go through challenges such as, how to open an account, or how to send feedback.
